Getting error trying to add MLTG to ecCloud

When trying to add MLTG-360 to ecCloud, I receive an error message stating Serial Number and/or MAC address not found.
Please advise how to properly add MLTG-360 to ecCloud.

The most likely issue is that your device may not be added to the ecCloud device database. Email [email protected] and provide the serial number(s) and MAC addresses of the items you have that need to be added to ecCloud.
